Give the recipient’s full name, bairro or neighbourhood, street and house or recognised property, district, city or locality and province. Include the building, entrance, floor and apartment where relevant, postcode where available, a useful landmark and a Mozambican telephone number if possible. Add a named receiving contact where access or numbering needs explanation.

For a hotel guest, give the reservation name and arrival date, with a room number if available, and confirm the receiving desk. For a workplace, include the company and department. Check a hospital’s rules on flowers, plants and food before ordering for a patient.

Choose a date for the complete gift

Fresh flowers are delivered Monday to Saturday; Sunday fresh-flower delivery is unavailable. Same-day delivery is available for eligible arrangements and addresses when the order is placed before 13:00 local time in Mozambique; peak-holiday cutoffs may be earlier. Plants, cakes and packaged gifts have their own available dates. A combination containing fresh flowers must also meet the fresh-flower cutoff and delivery days.

A preferred arrival hour can be requested, but is not guaranteed. Contact customer service before ordering if arrival before an occasion or another deadline is essential. Confirm who can receive the gift if the recipient will be away.
